2. Services

2.1 TeamForce provides residential, commercial, and retail cleaning services as agreed in writing, via email, quote, or booking confirmation.

2.2 Services are provided based on the information supplied by the client. Any incorrect or incomplete information may affect pricing, timing, or service quality.

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse service where conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond reasonable expectations, or where access is restricted.


3. Quotes and Pricing

3.1 All quotes are estimates unless stated otherwise and may be subject to change if the scope of work changes.

3.2 Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may include GST where applicable.

3.3 Additional work requested outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.


4. Bookings and Cancellations

4.2 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.

4.3 Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.


5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking, either before or upon completion of services.

5.2 We accept approved payment methods as listed on our website or invoice.

5.3 Overdue payments may result in suspension of future services.


6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 The client must provide safe and reasonable access to the premises, including parking and entry.

6.2 The client must secure pets and remove personal or fragile items prior to service.

6.3 We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty fixtures, pre-existing damage, or items not suitable for standard cleaning.


7. Damage and Liability

7.1 TeamForce takes reasonable care when providing services.

7.2 Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7.3 To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the cost of the affected service.

7.4 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.


8. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
